VICTIM DOESN’T WISH TO TO RETURN

If there are reasonable grounds to believe the individual is a potential victim of modern slavery and he/she does not wish to return home, the victim will be:

– Allocated a place of safety for potential victims within Government funded safe house accommodation, if required;
-Granted a reflection and recovery period of 45 calendar days;
-Medical assistance;
-Suitable clothing;
-Toiletries and sanitation;
-Food and drink;
-Religious needs;
-Transport;
