If there are reasonable grounds to believe the individual is a potential victim of modern slavery and he/she does not wish to return home, the victim will be:
• Allocated a place of safety for potential victims within Government funded safe house accommodation, if required;
• Granted a reflection and recovery period of 45 calendar days;
• Medical assistance;
• Suitable clothing;
• Toiletries and sanitation;
• Food and drink;
• Religious needs;
• Transport;
